By accessing or using BeerCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeerCraft is a web-based beer recipe builder and brew tracking tool. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use BeerCraft. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier: Limited to 3 recipes with basic brew tracking.
• Pro tier: Unlimited recipes and full features, billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all recipes and brewing data you create. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. We may store and process your content to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, scrape data, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
